Hate to be "that guy" but just click the link and read up. I'd assume it doesn't require you to have a credit card to apply for one, and you don't have to cancel it (you don't [ie795371f30]have[/ie795371f30] to cancel any service, you should only cancel if you are not happy with the service), as far as I know you just have to be approved and make a purchase/balance transfer. Takes up to 3 weeks to be credited...
