Account on hold.

So FreePay has put my psp account on hold and I have no idea why. It says on their FAQs that they have the 'right' not to tell me why.

Are you fucking serious? How can they can put it on hold for 'suspicious' behavior with no explanation and no proof of anything? Ive already sent a ticket and their awsome support copy pasted a FAQ instead of answering the question. The FAQ says I can still sign people up if I want.

ROFLCOPTER. Why would I sign up people when I ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH FOR THE ITEM and MY ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD FOR NO REASON. Seriously.

So what is to stop Freepay from stopping any account when they do not need proof of breach of TOS and they dont have to explain their actions?

Freepay is a scam. What a waste of time.

Its a little disappointing that they don't say why... All freebie sites are like that though.. I guess the question is whether they are abusing it or not..

Some sites, like Trainn for instance, will explain the reason.

Bottom line is you are always at the mercy of any free site...just gotta deal with it.

that stinks.... have you sent a support ticket to ask why you were put on hold. and the real question is.... did you do anything that would warrent a hold on your account?

Apparently with freepay this is the case. A respectable business wouldnt allow bad service like this and I wont shed a single tear when they go tits up.

I was half done this site when I learned about trainn and other better sites. I should have ditched freepay instead of finishing it, but I thought it would be OK since I did get an ipod from them relatively hassle free.

i had my psp acct put on hold a long time ago with freepay. i opened alot of support tickets. the transcript is on the forum somewhere. when they closed a ticket saying "case closed" I just opened another one. DONT give up, keep at them and they will usually explain the reason if you bother them enough. just make sure you are polite the whole time and sucking up helps too, in my experience

Wow, I thought my situation sucked shock

I guess we will have to continue to submit tickets.
