from my premiumipods account status page "Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 6/29/2006."
of course, i mailed in my form about two months ago. and today they acknowledged that they recieved it (i asked about a month ago). but they didn't update my status page with that information.
so what happens on 6/29/2006? do they delete the accounts that didn't mail in the forms? i would assume so... or else they wouldn't set a date.
but then what happens to people like me, who sent in the form but haven't been approved yet? are we going to be deleted too? freepay seems to be doing everything possible to keep people like us (people who can get legitamite referrals) away from their websites. if they just deleted all our accounts, that would be an efficient way of doing that.

I would ask again if they received it, or send another one in the mail. They seem to have lost quite a few after claiming they received them.

i would cover your bases.... send another form maybe by certified mail and then a support ticket asking them if they have recieved it and then another support ticket telling them that you are sending them another one

i hope Freepay shuts down on July 1st so I can get on with my life and stop worrying about this stupid $250 PSP that they OWE me. I've received almost 9 K from DIY sites and this is the only referral site I've actually taken the time to complete... and it is a nightmare.
