They were supposed to ship the cd's that i "ordered" from them in 3-5 business days... Well... it has been 3-5 days... I'm starting to get worried, since I have to return them within 10 days. Anyone else experience a delay like this?

You have to call them and get an RMA before you can send anything back or they will charge you the 60+ bucks. I just got finished with that offer roll

My mom had a problem with them (she never received the cds after nearly a month, but they charged her card). She called them and explained that she never received the cd's and that she was concerned about being charged for a product she never got to test. Well, they told her that they would ship them out asap and she can just send them back and they would remove the charge. I think the 10 days is just a precaution, but if you talk to them I think they'll be cool about it, even if it's after the 10 day period.
