Hey everyone. Does anyone have any contact information for Gratis and their freeipod site? I've been having a problem w/ them for nearly 2 weeks now and I just keep getting an automated message back.

just reply to their automated respone, they will eventually help you with a real person

Good advice from CoMpFrEaK. You will have a shorter time frame following automated procedures than writing to their physical address.
