How do you know they got your form in the mail?

I sent in my form to freepay in the mail around 5/20/06 and i have yet to see any progress on my status page. I was just swwondering when and/or how I would know if the form was recieved because i want to make sure that i dont have to send out another approval form before it expires on 6/29/06. Any testimonies would be helpful. THANKS!!

You don't. The only way to know is to seen registered/certified mail. That way the USPS can track it and tell you when it got there.

Freepay seems to randomly tell people they have their form. They've had mine for over two month... never acknowledged it or changed my status, or approved me, nada, nothing. Move along.

SEND the form with tracked mail. that is the way to know if they got it. they are updating accounts with the message that they got the form, which is an improvement

It's really a crap shoot on the approval form. Some are reporting that their account is updated when they receive the form, but the only sure way to know that it was at least delivered is to send certified mail (with or without return receipt).

My guess is that it will be at least late August or early September before we see any freebies (for those of us that sent in approval forms in the last few weeks). If people are just getting their Xbox 360's that were approved since last year, that's a lot of catching up to do before they get to recent accounts that completed the requirements.

If Jake were still around, he would confirm for you that they had your form. That's what he did for me. I sent it with Delivery Confirmation (always a good idea with any important documents, particularly with freebie sites) and saw where they received it. After awhile I PM'd Jake, who confirmed they had it. That was about a month ago. Then just the other day my status changed to show they received the form and were processing it.

you should wait to see if your status changes. if it doesnt, send another form certified mail about 3-5 days before you need it postmarked.

i sent regular mail and they received it, and told me they are proecessing the form.

i sent in a support ticket and within a day they told me that yes, they had my form

i tried to send in a suppoert ticket but i cnat find how to send it. i can only get to FAQ. how do i just send in a ticket and put in the subject that i want?

Don't get excited, I logged a ticket on the 7th asking if they had my form. No response. On the 8th, still no response, but they updated my status saying they had the form. But today on the 9th, my status still says they have it, but they answer the support ticket by asking ME to send ANOTHER form and they claim they've lost mine.

They confirmed they had mine over a month ago, then my status changed to show the form was received and being processed over a week ago. Still waiting on approval...

yeah i never sent in a support ticket so i should be okay...i just wanted to make sure that they have confirmed that they have it so i dont have to worry about missing the deadline.

Thats too good. Freepay is awful. Are you sending another one in or assuming they do have it and are trying to scam you>

I just got notification they recieved my laptop form today. sent 5/30. WOOHOOO

well here is the thing.. i never sent in a support ticket so they never have told me that they lost it or anything. So im assuming that they got my for becuase my status has changed after a couple of weeks. They didnt tell me YET that they lost it or anything so im hoping that i need to just be waiting on approval...
