I can't find this thing anywhere on the gratis site.
My friend signed up, but she was silly and made two accounts. I heard somewhere that you can contact them and have them delete an account.

Also i have a question. I currently have two addresses, my current address in Brookline, MA and my home/parent's house in Lynn, MA. When i originally signed up for freeipods i used my current address. If at the time i order my ipod, i were to use my home address instead of my current address would this put me on hold? Both addresses are tied to my name so i don't see a problem but...you know how gratis could be.

as long as she doesnt complete an offer with both accounts she should be fine
but u cant e-mail them, just go to FAQ/Help then goto account status, and hit the next to the last result, it lets u contact them via ur account
but tell her as long as she didnt do two offers it'll be fine, cuz i did the same thing and mine is on its way...
and if u read their FAQ's it specifically say they can't delete accounts
