Long time lurker here but I'm finally getting frustrated.
completed digitalcameras in April. They received 4/22. Nothing since. (
How do I open a CS inquiry? Is there an email? I have scoured and scoured that website and it seems like they don't want you to contact them.

Go to HELP - Then "My question is about my current account status." - and then "I still have a question and would like to contact customer service." You can now ask whatever you want to ask. I always reply to the automatic message too, just in case.
