BMG Offer.. 12 cds for the price of 1

Hey, whats the catch in this offer? Anyone ever done this? How can they offer 12 cds for the price of 1?

You're locked into an agreement to buy X number of CDs in the next 2 years, at regular club prices. You can come out ahead if you watch for good deals, but if you just buy a CD here and there, at their high price, they make a lot of money on you.

all you have to do is to buy 1 cd at regualr price within a year and you get 4 more for free, just make sure not to accept the featured selection and you should be good D

They sent me a featured selection, and now I'm going to send it back. Apparently it ended up in my Spam section, so I have to search through it every time.

I don't recommend it...

we've done it.. we get it when they do 12 for 1, then cancel after the year agreement is over

we only do it when we want cds tho. but yea don't do it.
