My account is on hold, no idea why....

This is what it says in my status

"While you have completed all the requirements to get a FREE Hand Bag, we have reviewed your account and referral offer completions and have placed your account on hold. We have determined that your referrals appear to not be unique users. Because we make money from advertisers who only pay us for unique users, we cannot credit you for these referrals."

I don't have ALL the reqs though, cuz I only have 4 out of 5 peeps signed up, so maybe they are just talking about 1 and took it away? Or are they talking about someone else? plus, i haven't done anything wrong, nothing. I wrote them a question, and hope to see an answer on my account soon.

anyone have this happen? how soon did they get back to you? what happened in the end? thanks

and if my account is on hold, and i have 4 greens, should i still go ahead and attempt a 5th? or if someone completes that 5th, it won't take cuz it's on hold?
