Extensions

I sent two tickets to freepay asking for an extension of my deadline. They responded and gave me an extra 30 days. I did already have all my refs, so it was unneccessary.

I asked for the extension before I finished the site, took them about 2 weeks to answer the ticket. I was just sharing to say that it might be possible for others to get more time.

Thank you for effectively shutting down Freepay for the next year. As if there aren't enough "chicken littles" out there flooding CS with inane requests and such.

I did the same thing but they closed my ticket w/o replying.

I also got a 30 day extension as of yesterday afternoon. I too already had all my refs.

However, I didn't ASK for an extension exactly. I sent in a support ticket stating that I completed the site two MONTHS ago. Basically I held up my end of the bargain, and if they had approved or denied me in a reasonal amount of time I still would have had about a month to get extra referrals again. But as it stood (last week when I put in the ticket), since they waited so long and still hadn't updated my account I wouldn't have time for more refs if they denied any.

So their answer was simply a 30 day extension. Go figure. At least it's an update of some sort.

What about the people who actually need extensions?!? You guys are a bunch of dumbasses...
