[i45c26c5a44]Email[/i45c26c5a44], or an online support ticket?

It should be needless to say, that when creating a new ticket, you copy what you are about to post, then paste it into the reply to the automated response you get. [i45c26c5a44]Then[/i45c26c5a44] they will acknowledge it.

Same for me. 5/22 and still waiting

Jake hasn't been on the forums yet this week, so maybe everybody at freepay got the whole week off, instead of just the holiday.

Or maybe they've closed up shop... I'm 5/22 here... And they received my form two months ago and still no response. The word Roshambo comes to mind when I think of Freepay... Me first of course.

Either they're planning to close down or they know that most of their customer are kids and are taking advantage of that.

Been waiting for a response to my email since 5/21 none yet. This is crazy, no legit business can operate like that, can you imagine if your ISP had customer service this bad or your bank? They'll been outta business within months from all the lawsuits against them.

Jake's not around, no tickets getting answered, approvals taking 2 months.... it's over. cry

/me "hey freepay, i'll roshambo you for my xbox 360"
freepay "Ok, how does that work"
/me "first, i kick you in the nuts as hard as i can, then you kick me, the first to fall looses"
freepay "sounds ok...but i'm pretty sure we've already kicked all our customers in the nuts...so we automatically win by default!"
