Yea I got screwed over the same way. Freepay changed the number of referrals and then closed my account. I've messaged Jake and CS... Let's see what happens... sigh...

Well, the big deadline is here. Let's see if FP can move their asses a little faster now that they don't have tons of accounts to worry about.

You know, except for the ones they're going to need to reopen because people sent in CS requests for manual credit and never got replies, etc etc.

Yeah I got caught by the ref change on nanos I had a ticket in before the account died so I'm hopeing CS or jake will be able to reopen it for me.

Yea, I am hoping that in a few days they will be able to finally start cranking out approvals and shipping stuff. I am sure they had 100's of accounts that were cancelled today so now they can concentrate on shipping my ipod )

The deadline really only made things worse for Freepay. If they hadn't instituted the dealine, people wouldn't have rushed to finish and backlog (lol) the system.

I've been waiting 2 months for approval. 5 days for a customer support response, and a week for a response to Jake. I don't think ANYTHING is going to make them move their asses.

Yeah, all of my other accounts I never finished are now showing the "you didn't complete your requirements in the time allotted" message under the status screen. Even though the sites said May 30th was the deadline, it meant that you had until May 29th to complete each referral.

I too, had thought you would have today to have new referrals count.

i still have not had my account status changed to reflect the fact I don't want the 2 Ipod Nanos. I just wanted one, met the requirements and sent in the approval form.

What is going on with the status change? Has anyone been changed over?

^^^ another good question I was curious about...They don't display your referal link anymore, but your customer ID is really all you need to through that link out there again.....It might be worth a try if you're almost done....I mean a referal link on giftcards for expample would be

http//giftcards.freepay.com/?r=CUSTOMERID_HERE

I got my last green moments ago, only to find out that my account won't show up. Aparently the accounts expired LAST NIGHT, so any greens today just don't count...

But!

if you look in your account help thing, it tells you that if you get greens later they'll reopen the account for you, and if you ask nicely they can grant you an extension under the right circumstances..

hmm, looks like they are not deleting the accounts so therefore u still have it which means u cant start a new one at the same site.

hey, don't knock Jake! Each time I've needed him he's come through in the clutch for me (ie most recently saving my ps3 acct).

i agree that jake has always helped out when he can. the frustration is growing since we all seem to be stuck without word that we did or did not make it for the cutoff of 1 or 2 nanos.

any word from freepay would be good at this point.
