I logged into my pcs freepay account and saw everything completed with the message "You have the minimum number of referred friends needed to get your FREE Desktop PC. The next step is to click the Download Approval Form button below to download the approval form file to your desktop." ...but when I go to my referrals I only have 9/10 green. TEH GLITCH??!

Glitch indeed. Did you originally have 10 refs and 1 got put on hold or something like that?

i have 7/5 on ipods and it tells me I only have the minimum requirements. oh well

weird.. i just got my 10th green today for pcs and i finally see the download approve form.

Don't click for approval. It's probably a trick where FreePay puts you on hold for trying to get approved with 9 referrals.
