From now on, you no longer have to fax in your requests for manual credit.

Just send the relevant information in a support ticket.

Thanks.

w00t, I haven't had to do that, but for those that do, it'll be much better.

Thanks for the update jake, but I looked and haven't seen a place in the faq to send this ticket since it still says to use fax. I have 6/8 referrals for free flatscreens and 3 more are waiting for credit.

Also, even though it hasn't been 15 days, can I ask them to submit tickets still? It's been about 9 days for 2 of them, but if they wait 15 days it will be the 29th.

Sorry I've just been crossing my fingers while I wait for these credits to come through. I might even try to get a fourth today.

Thanks again Jake. I'll keep my hopes up.

The FAQ has not been updated but this policy change is in effect.

Those people need to wait until the 15 days first though.

Ok, I'll cross my fingers that the new process is speedy

Interesting. I looked at the FAQ as well, and while the manual credit form isn't there yet, I found some other stuff that looked fairly positive. Some attempts at goodwill perhaps? Nice.
