Skylark, if you're after a warranty...call apple and buy applecare. It extends both your phone and part/labor support to two years for $50 maybe? But as far as windows support......HP sucks period. Everytime I've ever called them, i've regretted wasting my time. Down with the hPod!!!

Why the flilili would you wont a HPipod from the Apple ipod when they are the same hardrive same storage besides the stupid HP logo on the back. I think i'd be happier without the logo.
