it monitors the site like you would using Internet Explorer. Gratis cannot really tell the difference between using
ICFreePod[=http//icfreepod.drakier.com]ICFreePod and using IE to check your referrals. I clone the UserAgent so as far as gratis knows, you just log in a lot. If you set it to 20 minutes, then you won't flood their servers, and it will alert you when anything changes.
