Well since I just found out about iPod Agent and the ability to sync with MS Outlook, I was thinking about selling my Dell Axim X3 that I just bought 6 months ago. Is that a good idea? Since I'm going to college I don't want to carry so many high priced electronics. I don't really need the ability to input any To-Do's or appointments into iPod since I can do it through Outlook. So what do you guys think?

That's really up to you...i'd test them both and see which one i like best and after that decide. That's a decision only you can make ;)

I love my PDA. I would keep it as well because it'll probably be easier to send email using a PDA than an iPod. Then you got all the cool note functions and other stuff that PDA has that a iPod doesn't.

I have an iPod, a Palm Vx, a laptop, and a desktop. The iPod and Palm were free, fortunately, because I hardly ever use the Palm. I used to sync it up with Outlook all the time on my laptop, since that's where I keep my calendar and contacts, but now I just always have my laptop on me, so the PDA is kind of useless. It does look cool, though, and I found a spankin' tetris game for it...so it gets some use. )
