I got my 5 referals and sent in my approval form via UPS. When I went to track the letter today i was met with this
LANDOVER, DC, US 28/04/2006 2039 THE RECEIVER HAS MOVED. UPS ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE RECEIVER TO COMPLETE DELIVERY, NO DELIVERY WAS MADE
28/04/2006 1249 THE RECEIVER HAS MOVED. UPS ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE RECEIVER TO COMPLETE DELIVERY, NO DELIVERY WAS MADE
LANDOVER, MD, US 28/04/2006 819 A CORRECT CITY OR TOWN IS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION;THE ADDRESS HAS BEEN CORRECTED. THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED

anyone have any idea what this is all about??

Maybe they did... I sent a form in last week and they got it.
I wonder why they would move?

Do the forms go to a PO Box? If so, UPS wouldn't deliver to it, and possibly took the time to get Gratis's physical address and deliver it

They received my form on Thursday at the address they always had...

UPS won't deliver to PO Boxes, neither will FedEx or DHL - PO Boxes belong to USPS

Then that would explain the delay. He's lucky UPS bothered to find out a physical address, rather than send it back
