How can i know freepay received my form ? Do they tell it somewhere ?? I just asked them if they received my form, they told me that their staff is reviewing mine but it says nowhere else in the site that they actually got my form. I think maybe their automated response could be wrong.
Sorry if my question was asked before, I couldn't find anything searching the forum.

they recommend that you send it certified mail, then the post office website tells you when they recieve it. If you already sent it regular mail then support tickets are really your only way of telling.

doesn't that mean they are reviewing ur form?? I sent in a support ticket to see if they have reviewed my form, they states that they haven't yet but will since they are recieving many forms per day. I used Certified mail, so i know that they got.
