problem, referred has joined, but not showing

i had a referred join through a link i sent them, i recieved an email from freepay saying "One of your referrals has signed up" but no one new signed up was showing. Whats up with that? cry

Exact same thing just happened to me -- got the e-mail about 3.5 hours ago but they're still not showing up in my referral list.

Freepay must be having some site update issues.

it doesn't take time for referrals to show up on ur list, it's not like an offer credit. Once they sign up, they should appear immediately on your list

Of course, we know that's the way it lishouldli work. That's why I'm saying it has to be a site problem on Freepay's end. It happened to me tonight as well, like I said. Got the ref, got the Freepay e-mail saying I had a new ref, but no new ref shows up in the list. I just checked again, and still no ref 5 hours after the Freepay e-mail timestamp.

I've PM'ed Jake but he probably won't see it or be able to respond before Monday.

Just to follow up on my problem, Jake fixed it for me. He said it was a bug in their system that happens sometimes. It took a few days but my missing referral finally appeared. It was wierd because the ref actually went green, and I also got the e-mail saying he completed his offer, when he still wasn't showing up on my account. )

Hmm interesting. I think the exact same thing happened to me. Someone signed up for me but didn't show up officially. I got an email saying one of my refs went green ... but to me, nothing changed. Thanks for the info dmorris!
