this really upsets me. i Never received credit for rhapsody i waited over 2 weeks and even payed 9.99 thinking if i paid for it they would definitely get credit, but i didn't. When i called to ask about receiving credit, i could barley understand the lady working there she was like Asian or something, and she had no clue what Freeipods.com was when i asked her. evil evil

You should contact Gratis, and not rhapsody. I had trouble getting my credit from Blockbuster. I waited for 3 weeks and just got it. I had to email Gratis first and explain. Then I got an automated response back. Then I just copied and pasted the conf. email from Blockbuster (I would do the same w/ the one you got from Rhapsody) and put that in the Follow Up section. Then 2 days after that, I got an email saying my credit was completed. Be patient, I'm sure it will work out. Good luck!!
