also do you know if the sender will be something with giftcertificates.com at the end or something? i'm checking my mail and i noticed that i have a lot of gift card spam from various senders, its going to get confusing if i can't tell them apart.

Just called my local bestbuy and they got some 360's in stock today (needless to say I picked the overnight option for my GCs ))
I saw Wal Mart, Target, BestBuy and Circuit City on the available list.
What I did was go to redeem, did a search for bestbuy. For some reason it didn't come up, but on the search results page it listed a bunch of stores and at the bottom of that page were the good ones where you could get a gift certificate mailed you via snail mail)

They also give free fed-ex 2 day shipping on the gift cards. I think for orders over $100. Just select the regular US Postal delivery and it will be sent fedex 2 day.

If you want to get a 360 from Circuit City, you may want to think again. You can only use 6 cards at checkout (I had to get 8 $50 cards from GC) and you can't order 360s for in-store pickup online. Not sure what I'll do now.

Question I know you guys said they can be used at CC, BBY, etc, but on giftcertificates.com, those aren't listed. Can you show me where that is listed?
Reason being, I'm thinking about pickin up the machine and then doin the return/rebuy receipt swap once my GCs arrive.

Just like you, I'm waiting for my GC, but from what I've heard, once you get the supercert, you can see those specific retailers. They are some sort of premium giftcard that you cannot see, unless you've got the supercert. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me, but i'm pretty sure that's what I've read in the huge 360 thread.

They email you the certificate, which you can then redeem for a giftcard that gets snail mailed to you.

Jake - what about those who are in STV for premiumipods? I realize the 360 situation has been longrunning and I can understand the priority given to those who were waiting for the GC's forever. However, I have been processing for a 60gb black video iPod since 2/4, and I went STV 4/24. Could you give me a time estimate as to when I should be expecting my iPod? Thanks!
For some reason, the approval to order the gift cards is being delayed by management and hence the wait. Unfortunately, I do not have a timeline as to when you can expect to receive the cards but I certainly hope that it is soon.
