im not really sure if its just out of batteries or not but it says disk mode.....and with a big check on the screen then under that it says OK for disconnect

btw, it wont turn off that and im starting to get scared. I plugged it into my comp n updated it...it seemed normal, said do not disconnect, then went back to the ok to disconnect screen, I took it out n it stayed like that. I tried plugging it back into the charger but it stayed liek that, can you guys help me?

How to reset your iPod
