I wanna send my friends webcertificates for referrals. but what would be the Names/Billing address for these (Assuming they are just like CCs). And what about the cvv2 or security number (3 digit). If the billing address is gonna be mine- will not void the referral??

Is there any forum/thread where its use has been discussed properly!!

Thanks guys...

haha your screen name gives me a impression you like Harry Potter? wink

to answer your question it shouldnt put you on hold cuase they have to fill out their own personal information when they do accept your Webcirtificate, aka make their own account.

It basically makes them their OWN cc with their address & everything. It's pretty sweet.

They um also dont really care if all of the information is "fake" or not either... sooooo ..... yeah... ;) ill shutup now.

Hope ur post was not sarcastic or am missing some thing..yeah it is harry potter's owl - hedwig.

Back to my question - so it lets them create their own account..oh that makes sense. But if they exceed the limit in the webcertificate - then who gets charged - them or me?? I assume it will be me - coz dont know how they cud charge him..he has no cc!!

i actually read the fine print, they SHOULD be charged since its to their adress but YOU are liable.

They SHOULD be ..but I AM liable...so ultimately who WILL be charged?? -)

But you have to enter a legit billing address when you do an offer, especially for something like Blockbuster.

wat puts me off is the fact that I might be liable if the other person exceeds the limit...that way i cant really send it to a stranger over the net who will do a referral..-(

Where can you get Web certificates, I would really like to get a few, maybe then people would complete offers for me.
