Must wait 30 days?

My x-box referrals are all completed but it says I must wait 30 days until I can send in my approval form. This isn't really a problem as it's only a week away or so, but they say its stated in their T&C, yet I can't find anything in there. The only 30 day mention is referring to granting grace periods to certain offers, etc. Am I missing something? Just kind of curious, feedback would be appreciative.

oh yes, that is correct. You made the account after 3/1/2006, so u have to wait 30 days.

edit I mean u have to wait 30 days after you signed up to send the form

Wow 26 yellows and no greens? Do you have any idea what offers your referrals are doing? Many credit instantly like Stamps.com. I had 20 people sign up total.

Perhaps with freepay getting back on track, there will be a big surge of greens for you...want to trade? ;-)

Not all that hard to find... just be a little more thorough in your search for it, that's all. The thing is.. I was waiting the 30 days to download mine and now I've had it filled out and still haven't mailed it, 3 weeks now.. HAVE to mail it today; damn I procrastinate. Thing is.. if I do mail they're still implementating their "new system to begin approvals" again so I just waited.

Hmm, gotcha. I opened up the terms and conditions window and couldn't find it but didn't think of the FAQ. Thank you.

Well I've had my form sitting here for like 3 weeks, heading on 4 now because I knew they werent approving anyway but now that I see the ball rolling I mailed it out- sounds stupid, but not only am I lazy but I wanted to just wait because I really dont care at all, it'll come when it comes.

oh that sucks!!! the added time of waiting plus the usual freepay wait could easily turn into 4-6 months. By the time you get your product it will be obsolete!!! lol

all freepay sites require 30 day wait. i forgot where i saw it written... but it was listed somewhere other than your status when you got to that point. i'm too lazy to look for it. i came upon the same thing for both of my freepay sites that i'm waiting on now.

remember this though... you have 30 days u have to wait to send it in from when u started your account. however you also have 30 days from when u went all green to send it in. so, if you went all green the first week you started your account, you better remember to mail it in right when 30 days hit!! or you may miss the deadline!

Good point...I am kinda in that situation. I should have all of my greens this week and I signed up last week...it's gonna be close!

Yeah you have to wait 30 to download the form but you have 30 days [be663994b33]after[/be663994b33] your original sign up date (according to postmark) to send in the form. Take me for example. I had until 6/15 to complete all referrals and I have until 7/15 to send in the form. BTW why would they want to do it this way? It seem easer form them and us to do it through their own web site.

Anyway, I sent in my ipod nano form on 4/24 but since I didn't send it registered mail I don't know when or if they got it. As of yet (as I'm sure you can guess) my status page hasn't changed. Do you think I should send in another form through tracked mail?
