I sent for approval a while ago, and found out one of my refs went bad. So.. I have been trying to get more refs. Today, I logged on and found out I have been put on hold. Why wouldn't they have put me on hold while reviewing my account? This is very fishy. How can I get it off hold? I didn't do anything wrong. Could it be because I did AOL MusicNow?

We don't know. Best send in a PM to Jake instead of telling this to us.

yep... i contacted them (freepay) through a support ticket... it was "misunderstanding" apparentely (sp?) so i dont know if freepay is putting users on hold so they don't have to get their gift or what. Im so mad at freepay right now. I just want my gift.

No, this is a case of automated fraud-prevention erring on the safe side for FreePay. Business-wise, it's better to be too careful, put an account on hold, and address it personally if the user opens a support ticket. The alternative is to be too lax, and let people who fraud get gifts.

I just found out that my account on giftcards.freepay is on hold, too. I submitted the "no violation" hold support ticket today. How long did it take for them to get back to you guys?
