DHL is the worst shipper ever. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had something shipped with them, it has been stolen. My friend had a $2000 Polk speaker set (manufacturer accomodations) stolen TWICE. They finally shipped them via UPS, and they got there safe and sound.

Yeah, it's all DHL's fault that people steal your stuff they put on your porch. It can happen with all of them...it's not their fault you live in a shitty neighborhood.

Shrink is everywhere. Every shipping company is going to experience some loss. It's factored into profits.
It seems to me that the majority of the workforce behind shipping companies are part time college students who work long hours, and don't really make decent pay. I would expect shrink to be higher in those environments.
Just my two cents.
