Fraud?

So my account has now put on perma hold for what they called Fraud but they wont tell me how I supposdley frauded them. Don't I at least deserve a response? Don't I at least deserve to know why? If anything this offer is fraud. Why can't gravis give straight forward upfront honest responses. It took me two freaking weeks just to get a response and then just tell me, we looked at your account and you are suspect of fraud. You are permanently on hold. My hell people could we be specific what did I do wrong?

I think its in their terms and conditions that they dont actually have to tell you why they put you on hold

I am giving up on it. It would have been far less stressful to pony up the money and buy it outright.
