How do I check my referral status?

Now that Freepay has checked all the MusicNow referrals, I'd like to see if any of the two MN referrals on my account got DQ'd, but I'm not able to figure out how to view the referral list any more.

http//xbox360s.freepay.com/ReferralStatus.aspx takes me to a screen that says, "Just 3 steps to your FREE item!"
