Wow, manual Credit sucks...

Now you have to fax all your info in to freepay to get it manually credited? That is extremely annoying and time consuming, especially if you dont have access to a fax machine. Am I reading something wrong or is that what has to be done?

Yes, in most cases you need to send a fax in. Just head over to your local print shop (kinkos, ect) and they have fax machines for public use. Its like 10cents per page.

i would just do another offer if possible
