Have you ever seen a friend sign up for an offer, like stamps.com, get an isntant green for you, but then a friend who does it the same day has to wait a few days to get credit? Does this have anything to do with cookies you think? I know the credit will most likely get there in the end, but knowing that it is capable of instantly crediting me makes me wonder, thanks.
