Does anyone know if it would be possible to file a class action lawsuit against Freepay? So far I have complete three offers in accordance to their terms. My xbox360 has been on order since january after having 11 green referrals. Now it says I only have 1 referral. Hmmm...thats interesting.

My laptop was waiting to be approved for all of January and most of february until my 22 green referrals conveniently went to 19. I had the same problem with an iPod nano going from 5 to 4.

They are clearly making things up as they go along. I've paid to complete offers and my referrals have done the same only for Freepay to decide they dont want to hold up their end of the bargain.

It happens from time to time that people join together and file suits against companies that abuse their customers. We should get all the people that are being screwed by freepay to join together. If that were to happen would this hold up in court? Anybody know?

They revoked credit for people that were wrongly credited in the first place (MusicNow). I don't see anything illegal there.

In total that would mean that 14 of my referrals were wrongly credited. I find that hard to believe.

Especially in the case of the 360 where they already put my referrals through the approval process.

I used to think these guys were legit. I think its becoming more and more clear that Freepay is about to go under and now they are running scared and scamming people.

I really dont care that much at this point anymore even though I have spent over $100 to complete these offers.

I would just advise anyone to stay away from freepay.

Good luck to the rest of you!

Yeah, I was ranting but I didnt come off looking like a fool. Either way, I realize this is a losing argument.

I was just saying that I have resigned myself to the fact that im not going to receive the 360, the laptop or the nano. I give up.

Again, good luck to everyone else.

I thought the same thing, but my iPod went shipped today.

Don't loose all hope quite yet.

What happened was that people clicked on the offer and were [i48b9973a2e]credited for it without actually having completed it.[/i48b9973a2e]

Hence why said action was taken.

I don't see any reason not to continue.

Jake on FreePS3s, I am on BO status, but my completed offer and my 8/8 are still there. Does BO now mean actually BOed as opposed to the MusicNow issue?

That is correct. If none of your referral credits were taken away and you are still in Back Ordered status, your order will probably be moved back to Processing sometime in the next few days.

The same goes for anyone else.

Anyone who [i5d03b56690]has[/i5d03b56690] had their offer credit or referral credits taken away will have to make up for what is gone...
