Music Now Offer Issue...
So I completed my Xbox 360 site back in January like a lot of other people. I never whined or complained about the lack of them. Today I go to check on my request for a gift card instead of a 360 and what do I see, 4 referrals have been taken away from me! I immediately PM'd Jake and he said, "They were found to have not completed the offer properly so their credit was taken away." I'm sorry, but this just does not seem very fair to me. I even had 10 completed referrals.
Is there anything that can be done? Or do I have to go out and try to convince my friends that this site is legitimate when I'm starting to believe it isn't...?

I really wish we know what the real issue was and how users can "improperly" complete an offer
No freaking way. I'm down to 4 out of 5 refs on iPods. My other ref got deleted because she isn't on my list. Where the heck did she go?
Oh, nevermind. She's there. Ugh, now I have to convince her to do another offer. ?
i just went STV on my premiumipods today, and i got instant credit for an offer. Maybe things are starting to look good. At least we now know how many people we need to make up for the MusicNow referrals
Jake told me that I had multiple refs that did the MusicNow offer on my 360 account so as soon as I heard about the gc option I jumped on it. I already received the cards so I'm in the clear whether they take my greens away or not....I'm officially done w/ freepay now too ) They treated me well in the last year w/ about 2200 in freebies so I can't complain.
Same here. I lost two referrals today for my 60gb video iPod. However, my account was approved and Processing since Feb 4th. I thought once you were approved, all you had to do was just wait for the freebie to get here. Apparently not. Does this mean that once I get 2 more referrals I have to go through with the whole approval form mess? I sure hope not, because before this whole MusicNow problem, I had asked Jake if since I was already approved on Feb. 4th that I would be required to send a form in. He said no, and I sure hope he sticks to his word.
I know, this is getting more and more sketch everyday. I wish they would fill us in more on exactly WHY these referrals got taken away...especially when its 4!

When? Where? My refs have been disappearing too. Wouldn't it make more sense to notify us in out account as to what actions they are taking in regards to OUR referrals. I mean, just taking away our refs with no notification? What about the people who aren't part of the trading scene and are just doing the websites? They do not know about the forums. They just know that their referrals are gone. And they get no answers. So when and where exeactly were we notified? Can you give me a link or a site somewhere? Has a statement by me explaining why these offer credits were taken away.
There are a few instances where I have explained this in the past too but I don't have time to look for them.
Hell, there are even users of ours that realized what happened with the offer without us [i7c4eda73d8]explaining it to them first![/i7c4eda73d8]

Have all of the music now miscredits been taken away, or do we still need to worry about it. It would be nice if I knew that none of my referals did that one. So far I haven't gotten any taken away, and if I'm going to I'd like to know sooner rather than later.

All of the erroneous credits have been taken away as of 11pm last night.
So the situation was ...not people who did musicnow right got credit taken away only the people who clicked on musicnow offer and didn't do the offer and got credited for just pushing the button?

mmmm, does this mean that they can do MusicNow again (technically the first time wasn't a completed subscription)?
so what about those that did the musicnow offer correctly that have been promised to be reinstated. When can we expect the reinstatement of credit if the offer situation has been worked out?

I understand the issue now, but it would have been nice to see that little envelope icon on my account page leading me to an explaination instead of .... me freaking out and having to go look elsewhere for answers.
I got my first freebie from Point-Based Gratis. I am holding out hope that you guys will get back to your previous level of service and quality that attracted me to your websites in the first place.
