i've bene reading that freepay got sued for violating privacy, i personally could care less, half the world probably already knows my email address, BUT , i do care about getting my free stuff, is that going to affect it at all? because i mean, getting sued isn't exactly inexpensive?

well i would consider the 90 day policy and the 'stuborness' of last referals turning green to be attempts at cost-cutting.

Not looking good given what's been going on recently. Crap!
And given the sensitivity of privacy ... this ain't a light crime.
No offense to Jake or the FreePay team.. If the company [b51ec513de5]does[/b51ec513de5] fold and does not pay back the amount of the item.. I think that would be grounds for consumers (us) to sue.

I think their TOS was written with that in mind....

and what would they pay us with, lol. If they have to pay a large amount money for this they don't legally have to send us anything because of their TOS. I know it would suck, but it's the truth. We can be mad about it, heck I want my PS3, but they may or may not be able to fufill orders if the judge finds them guilty and they have to pay a fine.

You would actually have a much stronger legal case in the matter of Freepay selling your personal information - so if u don't get your free items, just sign up for the class action lawsuit that is likely to stem from this and you will get some reward for your effort )
And by the way freepay, if and i do mean IF, they sold our personal info - let me tell u ahead of time that you can go to hell and that you are the lowest forms of life - but like i said thats IF its true )
