I've got a friend that really wants to do a freepay website but he lives in the isle of man is this a problem?

The fact that Gratis specifies the following, seems to indicate otherwise

Last I checked, The Isle Of Man isn't part of the UK, and considering Gratis went as far as specifying the Channel Islands, I think your friend may be out of luck. (
