Everybody had a crapload of questions for Jake after the new TOS. He told us he would talk to his "superiors." Then hey came back and didn't really answer any of the questions we had. I wouldn't really mind the wait if my 90 day clock wasn't ticking. I need to know this information to make some decisions.

Ex If some referrals are rejected during the approval process, do you get more time?

If you run out of 90 days, do you get another 90 days to try again?

Is the 90 day clock still running during the approval stage? If approval takes 14 days, and 2 refs get denied, do you get those 14 days back, or are you now on a shorter clock?

What if you mail in the form and they receive it on day 72, approval starts on day 74, and they tell you on day 87 that 2 of your referrals were denied? Are you S.O.L.?

Actually, that's about the vaguest explanation I've seen yet. Thanks, but I'll still wait for someone who knows what they're talking about.

OK, although I dont have any official information, at least I can figure out what they are trying to tell you.

After 90 days, you get effed in the A and it's game over fot you. No rolling back time, go straight to jail without passing go, do not collect $200 or a free gift. No second chances.

I found the answer to the second question above in the help section, but not the first.

I agree with I Throw. The point of this whole 90 policy is for FreePay to have a bigger profit. So, we're all SOL.

More threads! More threads pointing out Jake isn't answering your questions! We need more! There aren't enough yet! I will not rest until every person who has ever created a freepay account in the history of time has posted their own thread about how questions aren't being answered!

1) why hasn't the pcs site updated yet darnit!?

2) Why isn't there a system so we are atleast assured they freepay recieved our approval request form?

3) What's the new way to get referrals that you promised?

4) Why is it taking forever to get approved? i bet once the first set of 90 days are up, you're going to take that rule away.

5) When am I going to get my xbox 360? why only offer $400 when OC offered $475(paypal or check)? (our patience should be rewarded!!!)

6) Why did you base it that a certain percentage completes an offer before 90 days rather than a certain percentage completes a site within 100 days?

o wait, a retarded hobo could tell you the answer to that one; you know that people usually complete an offer within 90 days and that most people complete a site within 91+ days, thefore people will just be completing offers, and no1 will be completing sites. evil evil cry cry

The TOS on their site says you may have 30 extra days for sites that have high referral requirements. I have seen CS replies to people stating that if during the process you have referrals that are denied they might give you more time but it would be on a case by case basis.

You have 90 days to complete requirements and then 30 days AFTER that to postmark the approval form. It doesn't matter how long it takes them to approve it. Your account isn't deleted after 90 days, you just can't get more referrals or do an offer. You can still place an order after it has been approved.

It's not just 90 days no matter what and your screwed. Of course the case by case basis might mean they just never chose to do it for any cases. Who knows.

Everyone obviously has different opinions about how these things work. Some clarification would be great.

Here is the jist of it

- You have 90 days from the start date to complete the site after 3/1/2006. If you started before 3/1/2006, that means your expiration date is 5/30/2006.

- If you finish the site before the first 30 days, you have to wait for the 31st day to send in your Approval form

- If you don't finish by the 90 days, your account will hold/closed and you can't sign up on that site again

- The reason for a certified mail for the Approval form is that it proves that you send in the form before the 90 days are up.

I asked my superiors for detailed answers last week and I still haven't heard anything.

Do they hide under their desks when you walk by?

That may be a hint...
