Is there any offers you don't have to use your credit card?

Some of my referrals want to know and don't have a credit hard on hand (

Yes you can buy one for them. What then happens is Webcertificate gives them a "virtual" mastercard they can use like any other CC online. You can put a minimum of $5 on them with a service charge of like 2-3 bucks. It's pretty nifty.
