I think so.
I suspect, mainly due to Erpovin's post, that those who's STV date CHANGED were actually shipped. There may have been an error with the script and the status were not changed, although the date has.
I wouldn't get my hopes up, but personally I would bet on it.

Looks like there's a batch of orders being STV on 11/23, too bad I'm not part of this. I'm 11/4 ordered. Hopefully I'll be the next batch of STV.
Those who has STV changed, I guess gratis screwed up with their last vendor.
