OK heres the deal. I traded with someone on this forum, (not going to blast any names). Anywho, I signed up under their referral link and used the wrong email= address. The one I used is email=kdsoffes@gmail.comkdsoffes@gmail.com address. The one I used is email=kdsoffes@gmail.comkdsoffes@gmail.com/email and my correct email= address is email=kdsoffers@gmail.comkdsoffers@gmail.com address is email=kdsoffers@gmail.comkdsoffers@gmail.com/email. I just signed up under the incorrect one and saw that it was simply a typo, then immediately after I did the correct one and completed an offer. I DID NOT COMPLETE AN OFFER UNDER THE INCORRECT ONE!!!! Now the person I signed up under wont pay me until I get it cleared up! What!?! For that paranoid person's sake will this cause a problem?

why didn't you just change the email in the account section instead of making a new account?

just email CS and let them know that you will not pursue the other account and that it was a typo and u didnt know how to change it. i am sure that will work out. maybe they can even kill the typo account

It is okay to do that. You can have one email that doesnt have any refferals or completed offers. You WONT get DQed. He MUST pay you.

Seconded.

There's a reason you can change your e-mail address.

I suppose I am being a tad paranoid, but I've had somebody go on hold for multiple accounts before. I just want to get it cleared up before I pay fashionjunkee.

I'd like to make it clear that I have every intention of paying once this gets resolved. If several people with lots of freepay experience can tell me that nothing is going to happen as a result of this, I will pay. I still think it's a good idea to tell customer service what happened and wait for their response.

Also, I'm paying $30 for fashionjunkee's referral, so I don't think it's that outrageous of me to ask for this to get cleared up.

Thanks for reading.

yeah i think waiting for a cs response is not a bad idea. who knows when that will be though (

That's very true, it may take customer service "up to 15 days" to respond.

Exactly and it took almost that long to get credit for an "instant offer".

[quoted917340947]You will be OK. Since that other account was created by accident and had no completed offers on it, it will not affect the proper functioning of the account you want to use.

Sincerely,

Jake
