I searched and didn't see anything about this... so I guess I'd let everyone know we all have one more thing to add to the list of "improvements" going on at freepay.
The manual credit process has changed. Now you have to FAX in your EMAIL (including headers, of course), and then wait up to [b78457d7687]30 days[/b78457d7687].
fax in an email. How asinine can you get?
(asinine - n. 1. utterly stupid. 2. resembling an ass. appropriate, no?)
so... combine that with your 15 days mandatory wait time, and voila... half of your 90 days is gone. (don't forget, of course, your 15 days for approval, either). So you basically have a little less than a month to sign up, get all your refs and get all your offers completed if you want to make sure you have enough time to get credit.
Also... (I hate to combine observation with speculation, but...)
as an observation, a much higher percentage of the refs I have gotten in the past month have not gotten credit for their offers. I can't help but wonder if that isn't intentionally, now. Much easier to do a second offer than to wait 45 days for credit. Thus earning freepay twice as much.

I have completed my Premium.Ipods offer back on 2/12. I have requested manual credit 7 times on-line (with all necessary info., including the verification e-mail from the offer), and I also faxed in my confirm 1 time requesting manual credit.
All I get is auto-generated responses, and my ticket is closed.
How long will this take? This is becoming a bit outrageous.
yes, i was told 15-30 days after a 15 day wait to submit a ticket and a 7 day wait for a response. still no response. I also have had trouble getting credit lately. what the hell is going on?
now i have to fax? this is really getting rediculous. needless to say after I finish ps3 (2 more needed) and psp (waiting for greens) I am done with freepay unless things shape up
I feel bad, because it has now been 4 weeks since I completed an offer for someone on premiumipods. He's been waiting and waiting, and apparently now, he has to wait more since freepay is doing everything they can to pad the 90 day process with delay after delay. I submitted a manual credit request last friday, got an automated response, responded again monday, and got a response back like tuesday or wednesday (status closed) saying they have the information and will credit me for the offer. Still no credit. I'd better not have to send in a fax at this point, too... This is getting out of hand.
And the best part is, a friend of mine became a ref for me 2 weeks ago and still hasn't credited, so it looks like he'll have to go through all this soon, too. Great. One last green I need for my ipod, and May 30th is coming fast... Why do I feel that even though I'm doing everything by the book, I won't be able to achieve 2 greens in 90 days and finish up my ipod because they'll dq one of my refs or something stupid...
Same scenario, except I've been putting in manual credit requests pretty much 1 or 2 times per week, with all necessary information. I have also faxed it in. They continue to just auto-reply and close my request.

Mine's for a guy on this board, and he probably thinks i'm shady and scamming him. I hate it, but I'm not completing another offer if I don't have to. I pretty much can't, cause I'm about out of offers, plus I'm not giving freepay any more money than I have to...
yeah i have 1 manual credit pending at freepay and 2 at trainn. i have another slow credit on freepay that i may have to manual. i feel bad for the slow response too. i may just do another offer on freepay for the one that i am waiting (today is day 28)

if they are going to take a long time to review accounts before they send out product, plus you gotta send in the form, why not use part of that time to look into credits. wait, they are! so why does manual take so damn long if you are going to look at it anyway!

You shouldn't have to do another offer. I honeslty and fully completed one, why should I complete another? So Freepay can make more money? If they'd give the person I signed up for another green, I'd consider it...but I'm not going to let them fock me over.

User Id is, what I believe, is the account id associated with your e-mail addy. You can find this by clicking 'Account' within your FreePay signon page.
As for the BBB, please keep me in the loop - I'll follow suit with you.

and yea, the user I.D. is basically the number within your ref link.....also it should be on the status page right above the download approval form button....
looks like i'll be just beginning the wonderful journey of manual credit. i have to do manual credit for 2 freepay sites. first of all they screwed up on one, and creditted my xbox.freepay instead of my flatscreens.freepay.
now my ps3.freepay didnt credit and flatscreens.freepay hasn't been credited. i feel bad because the trades i'm in are on a deadline and i can't do anymore offers because i've done almost all of them.

tmberwolff is one of my last two mac mini referrals that I've been waiting a while to go green. When I first heard about the 90 day time limit I thought "well I'm more than half way done with my mac mini offer so no big deal, I'll just make this my last offer." Well it looks like Freepay is trying to make the giftcards I just got my last offer as they're d!cking around my last 5 referrals making it impossible for me to finish in time. And yes, I only need two more to get my 10 referrals and qualify for the mini, but I got 3 EXTRA to try and protect myself. Stupid me, I didn't think about a scenario like this where they'd block me from going green on any of them! Before this I was thinking of trying for the nano or something else before calling it quits, but now I'm done. No more Freepay for me.

I've had similiar problems people, freepay's crediting has gone to hell recently. Been waiting a LOOOONG time for a few greens.

This fucking crazy it's now been about 20days since I completed the offer and still no credit. Now I find out I have to fax in a no credit ticket, But guess what? I don't have anymeans to fax it in. I tried PMing jake to see if i could just pm him the no credit information but it looks like he is ignoreing me since I know for sure he has been on for times since I sent the pm and he still hasn't read it.
Before th change in the TOS he would respond withen a day or two of sending a message. With so many people not getting credit it really looks like freepay is up to something.
Also I really need credit for this offer there isn't anyother offers up that I can still do. Dose anybody have any suggestions as to how I can fax something with out a fax machine? Perhaps in online way?
Jake will answer his PMs when he has a chance to do so. I know it took a couple of days for mine to get read but he eventually did and replied. Just give him some time. As for faxing do you have access to a Kinko's? They can fax from there.
They have eFax too, actually I think it's an offer on Gratis sites for a free trial or something.
Send faxes for free vis your web browser. Dunno if it works, as I never did get a confirmation email, so proceed with caution.

I am also waiting on bmg to credit from like 9 days ago. they just shipped though, so i am hoping it credits in the next couple of days. they are making things SO difficult.

I faxed in my manual credit request for the 2nd time on 3/20, and I was turned green within 48 hours. HOWEVER, I have been in touch with Jake and he indicated he was looking in to it. Whatever the case, I was turned green!
well my problem is that they have not heard from the offer. it is instantcast, so they will likely never hear from them. if this company blows so hard, why still have that offer? maybe because they pay quickly?

i checked the Help section where they said what to include on the fax for the Manuel credit. Now they say to include the "Date of Completion" of the credit, which i didn't add last week to my fax because that statement was not there last week. Now i have to send in a fax again

I've been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a green and I pm'd jake and only got back a generic response about "they are looking into it." I got about that much from customer service, so that wasn't much help.
I'm sure this will all be worked out...probably on June 1st.
My 5th for freeipods.com signed up on March 7th. It's been.... 21 days and still no green. Looks like I'll have to figure out how to fax em.
