Contact DHL tomorrow or Saturday. Don't do it today because they won't know about the order yet.
Give them the reference number (your order number) and see if you can make alternate delivery arrangements.

Jake I placed my order for a video iPod on 1/27/2006 and am still on Back Ordered status. You are shipping units ordered before my date? If so, when is the next shipment expected to arrive? It's been almost 2 months
The reasoning for the Back Ordered status has been explained. Do a search.....this was the glitch that I discussed a while back which was eventually revealed as being a problem we had with an offer.
Those who are back ordered will be notified of what they need to do (if anything) very soon.

Sadly I'm in the exact same situation and feel the same way. Whoever is the 360 suppliers they really suck. I have NBA 2K6 for the 360 but the way things are going by the time I get my system the NBA season will be over or 2K7 will be out. Not to also mention other games I'm missing out on. (

I knew that - I thought the re-approval process for the offer problem was part of the "Pending Approval" stage that showed up after "Processing"

That issue is not what is delaying your approval. If your account had any issues with MusicNow, you would already know.
The reason your account hasn't been approved yet is because there are lots of accounts in line ahead of it.

Thanks, reason being I sent in my approval form March 2, but I had requested approval prior to the new TOS (when you didnt have to send in a form). When I saw refs DQ I thought they had checked my account - not to mention CS told me the reason I didn't get approved for PS3 site was because I only had 9 referrals... ?

I'd like to see someone change the Help section of the FP 360 website to update the following statement to reflect the truth of the matter "Due to Microsoft's extremely limited supply of the Xbox 360's, we are unable to fulfill our customer's Xbox 360 orders until the April/May/December 2006 timeframe."
Don't get me wrong, I'm happy FP's sending items, and I look forward to many reports from releived recipients of that various and sundry, but there are many pressing questions about the 360 situation that are not being adequately addressed.

mykevermin is speculating like there is no tomorrow.
As far as I know, my manager could not find them. Our regular vendors could not find them either. I don't know where Alan from Trainn is getting his but he is quite fortunate to have been able to do so. Remember, M$ only shipped out 150,000 units for the entire month of February and 240,000 units for January. Considering that they would need well over a million units to satisfy the majority of demand in the USA, that should be a pretty clear indicator as to why they are so scarce.

Have you talked to your manager about just giving out gift cards if the user wants? It would save you guys the shipping and it would show that Freepay is trying hard to satisfy their customers.

why not just ask them to look for a package anyway? are they getting the rest of your mail?

Well what i was told, and if you where not informed. The Music Now offer glitch was if you click on the link for the offer even just to check it out, you got full credit for doing it, even if you really didnt do it.
I ended up doing to Inkblvd offer, but i check out the Music Now offer, and it caused my account to become on of the glitches.
But finally all taking care of and back to processing my ipod, cant wait been waiting sence jan. 31!!!
