That's because UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes....

Domestically neither does DHL or Fed Ex because PO Boxes belong to USPS P

Except for private PO Boxes, like at Mailboxes Etc.

Well for Private Mailboxes you are supposed to use either "#" or "PMB" A PO Box is a Post Office Box.

Agreed, "PO" isn't used, but I think they actually format it something like this

I always figured because it would much easier to scam them with a simple P.O. box.

Yeah I think UPS, Fed Ex and DHL all want someone to physically take the package or sign for it if necessary. I know internationally they can deliver to PO Boxes, dunno why - maybe cause their Fed Ex trucks can't travel all over the place in other countries, hehe

UPS will ship to po Boxes in my college's town, but i think that's just a courteousy.
