Question regarding bad referrals

Ok, I sent this to Jake as a PM but I imagine he's a busy guy, so maybe some of you can help me out.

I just recently got my fifth referral to go green on my ipods.freepay.com account but I'm worried that one of my referrals might have been a scammer. So if I send in my approval form and find out that he was a scammer, am I allowed to try and get more referrals and submit my approval form again, or is my account done for as well?

Unless you have personally done something to violate Freepay's terms and conditions, you'll be able to find other referrals and re-submit for approval.
