hey folks, when you do the video professor offer, if you need to return the discs for whatever reason such as you're simply dissatisfied with the product, make SURE you call them and get an authorization code number, otherwise they don't process the discs or some shit ?! and WILL charge you the $69.99 for the full set or whatever. the customer service lady was really nice, i'm set to have the full amount refunded, but well it's still an extra hassle.

Haha. I got the CDs but didn't know I was suppose to return it until I got charged 69.95, both both tiems I did it. That's like $140 dollars. My brother did one for me at my permanent address and I did one for myself at my school address and got charged two times to two different cards. But I called them, got a return authorization number and mailed it off. They said they'll refund me once they get the CD.
