I am Processing since 10/28 and decided to email them. Here's what I got.
We are expecting this group of orders to ship in 2-3 weeks. When a tracking number becomes available, we will post it to your account.

Sounds automated to me, it seems 2-3 weeks is there generic answer.

i've been processing since 10/27 and i e-mailed them and they said
"Please be patient. You will receive your product. As soon as your status updates it will be reflected in your account."

The first time I emailed them, I got that same response. This second time around, I got the 2-3 week response.
