I sent a copy of this to Jake, just seeing everyone else's opinion.
I just recently was credited for my 5th referral.
I printed out the approval form, filled it out correctly, and am about to mail it. According to my status page, it says Your form must be mailed (according to the postmark) by 6/29/2006. We recommend that you use recorded mail.
My first question is, do I have until April 29, 2006 for you to receive the approval form? When I checked the Help section it says I only have 30 days after meeting all requirements. I just find it odd that these two things contradict each other.
I asked my father to mail the form for me, and he didn't bother to use recorded mail. Is there any way you can confirm for me that it was received on FreePay's side?
I've spent countless hours and developed my own website devoted to this cause, and I don't wanna be screwed.

We have been checking our PO Box daily since the policy was put into place.

Yeah, I sent my form in last week, it would be nice to have some kind of status update saying something like "We received your approval form, and you will now go through the approval process shortly blah blah" or something.

aye aye, I would love to see that. I sent two forms just to be sure - so at least one of them should get there. I just wish I could know when they got there instead of maybe 4 weeks from now and I will have to send another in if they both didn't arrive.

We got a whole pile of them. I don't know what is being done with them at the moment but I have forwarded that suggestion to my colleagues.

wow...and you are the tattle tale friend eh? haha, i think freepay would find them out, but i guess it is good you turned them in over a PM and kindly let everyone else know.

There's delivery confirmation for a reason. I imagine Jake won't be PMing all the members whenever a form comes in.

don't you know that freepay ONLY sends free stuff to people that post in THIS forum? That's why i haven't got anything yet, i've only got 3 posts here.
well, it sounds like they're processing forms a week out. If you read!, the people that sent their forms in last Thursday are getting approved/on hold this Thursday. That's a week.

Mine finally got there after a week. USPS misdirected it then corrected the problem. Good thing I spent $4 to send it out so it would get there quick!

I think they are just grasping at any straws available that will make them have to ship out the fewest amount of product possible. Making the process harder and lengthier is somehow their solution to this. I guess they figure lets pay some schmoe 12 bucks an hour to sort through envelopes rather than dole out 300 dollar ipods...I dunno. Its hard trying to make sense of it D

Can we send in copies of the same form to guarantee one of them will get to FreePay? Is there any rule against that?

I would think that it would just confuse them and slow the whole process down to send in multiple forms.

it should have a tracking number that you can put into usps.com. On the tracking page they have a section where you can input your email so that when there is an update they'll notify you. mine wasn't certified, but I'd imagine they have the same thing for that.

you can use usps.com with you confirmation number or just google your number and it will automatically direct you.

Has anyone from Canada send his/her approval form yet? If you did how long did it take to get it there and what should it say on ur tracking list?
