Jake, before the new policy went into place we were waiting on a shipment of Premium Ipods. (I think the blacks) I ordered a black one. I have been processing since January 24. You told us about 3 weeks ago that you were waiting on a shipment. Just wondering whats going on. How long will the wait be? Whats taking so long? Any answers would be great.
I am still waiting. Our shipment is finally on its way and it should be at our warehouse in a week or two.

That situation is still being worked out. I will update as soon as I get concrete information.

Great topic and post, fashionjunkee. I'm in the same boat. Processing since 1/31 and Pending Approval since whenever people's status was changed. Thanks for the update Jake!

do the blacks usually work for you? for some reason when i try to put some info into blacks, i get an error, something like "No Hard-Drive Present". hahaha...j/k
p.s. so, umm... another 2 weeks huh... 5 weeks total, ouch. i wonder why though... i mean if FREEPAY would order via UPS/FEDEX/DHL/USPS, their shipment would arrive UHHHH within a week.

This probably isn't news to anyone else but my status changed from "Pending Approval" to "Backordered". Somehow, I find that reassuring.
