Here's a customer service inquiry i sent to FreePay or FreeGay as I like to call it now.... They can't do this to us if we completed an offer under their original terms... and if they don't change, then its time to boycott people! I know I dont post much in the forums, but I post when theres a need, and i see a need now! This is bull-shit! Oh and jake, I know your about to flame this post, don't bother... we don't care! Just let your company know WE'RE PISSED!!!!!

Here's the email I sent FreeGay....

90-day policy....
I admit it's taking me some time getting all of my refferals, but when I signed up for this site I read the terms and conditions and signed up for an offer. I signed up for an offer and payed some hard earned money (80$) on video professor and I payed that money thinking "Hey theres no time limit that's awesome." Well if I would've known the terms and conditions were going to change after signing up for an offer I would have just went and bought an iPod and said Screw Gratis (freepay). What this company is doing is sort of like breaking contract to the people who have already spent hard earned time and money on completing an offer and reffering friends. Excuse my "french", but its bull-shit... and I'm posting this on freeipodguide.com to get an uproar from the scene, because this is RIDICULOUS.... when I broke my contract with my cellular phone company I had to pay $175, so when I agreed to the terms and services and signed up for an offer on your site that was like me signing a contract... your company will be breaking your part of the "contract" I agreed to if my account is indeed cut off in 90-days... this means I will deserve compensation as well as the others that spent there money before the "wonderful' 90-day plan came about, thank you for your time and your BS... Good luck with that, but the fact is that they put in their old TOS that they can change the TOS at anytime

Also they can ship you any item of any value, it doesn't have to be the one depicted on the website

EMAIL THESE COMPANIES AND TELL THEM WHATS UP. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT BUT FREEPAY IS USING THEIR LOGO TO SHOW NEW USERS "THEY ARE NOT A SCAM"

freepay makes them money

they pay for your ipods

they have everything to do with this

and there are like 9,000 threads on this, no one is happy with it but there is nothing we can do so just drop it! Lets try and keep this forum usefull, so if you must bitch at least confine it to a different thread

Yea guys, get over it. Let's concentrate on finishing what we can, and if Freepay still sends out gifts, hell, I'll try another 5 referral site.
