Sony PSPs Processing IS DAMN SLOW!

Does anyone know when the hell FreePay is going to get some PSPs in stock? They are taking too damn long to get more PSPs. Yeah, the PSPs site approved very quickly, but processing is taking too damn long.
If you requested for your PSP, post your order number and the date.

oh boy...I just finished today...black tuesday for freepay...I hope the 4 weeks of approval will mean they get more in stock.

Yeah, last thing Jake said about it in another thread is that their waiting on their vedor to get more in. Surprise surprise. Wish I would've started my ps3 elsewhere roll

Since rumor has it that Sony is about to release a Core PSP for $199 by end of March (no memory, headphones or accessories) - do you think Gratis is waiting for this before shipping any more PSP's? I suspect $50 per PSP is a lot of money to them.

I am still waiting. Sent my form regular mail on March 6th. I sent another form today certified with delivery confirmation. We'll see if they get that one.

got my psp yesterday! they sent it next afternoon delivery so it got here in 1 day from when it was sent. pretty sweet system ) good luck hope you all get yours soon.

Which firmware version came with your PSPs? If it's 2.0 or below, then you'll be able to play homebrew games.

It came with 2.53 or something but if you install GTA or Socom it upgrades/downgrades it to 2.0, lower number but more features than 2.53 and you can run homebrew.

Have you tried getting GTA/Socom and downgrading to 2.0?

yep, i have GTA after downgrading i got the TIFF eloader, not a whole lot of compatible homebrew out there for it though. If you want homebrew first you have to downgrade to 2.0 via one of the 2 games then use another homebrew downgrader to go to 1.5 and you should be able to play everything except GTA and Socom wich require 2.0

I can only tell you how to get to 2.0 since that is what I'm at. To do that just install the patch off from GTA or Socom. As for the rest of the downgrade you can search these forums for how to use the downgrader and wich one to use because supposedly a lot of them don't work.
